AME Enterprise Solutions (“the Company”) is not a direct lender, creditor, or financial institution. The Company does not make credit decisions, determine underwriting outcomes, or set loan terms. Any funding opportunities presented to prospective borrowers are subject exclusively to the review, discretion, and approval of independent third-party lenders and their designated underwriters.

Funding amounts, approval status, interest rates, and repayment terms are not guaranteed by the Company. The outcome of any application depends on the borrower’s personal and business financial profile, creditworthiness, supporting documentation, and the independent criteria established by the final underwriters. While AME Enterprise Solutions facilitates introductions between borrowers and potential lenders, the Company does not control the underwriting process or decision-making.

2. Borrower Responsibility
Borrowers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation provided during the funding process is accurate, truthful, complete, and up to date. Any misrepresentation, omission, or failure to disclose relevant information may result in denial of funding or adverse terms from lenders. The Company assumes no liability for decisions made by lenders or underwriters based on information supplied by the borrower.

3. Independent Lender Decisions
All lending decisions, including but not limited to loan amounts, interest rates, repayment schedules, covenants, and conditions, are determined solely by the independent lender and/or underwriting body. The stronger the borrower’s financial profile, credit history, and supporting information appear to the final underwriters, the more favorable the potential funding outcome may be.

4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall AME Enterprise Solutions be held liable for:

• Any denial of funding, partial funding, or funding amounts less than requested;

• Any terms, conditions, or rates established by lenders or underwriters;

• Any delays, errors, or adverse outcomes resulting from borrower-provided information;

• Any reliance placed on preliminary or estimated funding projections, which are not binding on lenders.

The borrower expressly acknowledges that AME Enterprise Solutions does not and cannot guarantee any specific funding outcome.

5. Facilitation Role
The Company’s role is strictly limited to acting as a facilitator by connecting borrowers with potential lenders who may have an interest in evaluating funding opportunities. The Company does not negotiate, alter, or enforce lending agreements and bears no responsibility for the performance or non-performance of any third-party lender.

6. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging AME Enterprise Solutions for funding facilitation services, the borrower acknowledges and agrees to this Legal Notice and Disclaimer. The borrower further understands and accepts that final funding outcomes are outside the control of the Company and rest exclusively with independent lenders and underwriters.
